The recent affaire about Cambodia's telecom related to competition showed again the need of a very Competition Law in Cambodia. In order to determine what is fair or unfair competition, a special legal framework is necessary. Moreover, a special indepedant Commission is also needed for controlling all formes of commercial operations.
