International Colloquium on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
Public-private partnership (PPP) can help the governments to boost their infrastructures' development. In Cambodia, one of the very developed technique of PPP is the concession contract (such as Build-Operate-Transfer "BOT" contract).
